If your company is using Regal's Salesforce integration, then in the Agent Desktop, for a given contact that is open, you will be able to see all of that contact's Salesforce Opportunities in the right-rail, just below the contact's Attributes, so you don't have to return to Salesforce to see that data.
Any updates you make to an Opportunity in Regal will sync back to the corresponding Opportunity record in Salesforce, and vice versa.
Each Opportunity can be expanded/collapsed, as can the entire Salesforce Opportunity section in the right-rail. Your admin can configure which of the Opportunity's attributes are visible to you and editable by you, and of those the first five will be shown when the Opportunity is expanded, with the rest behind a "See More" button.
