Regal Voice Uses the Following Logic to Determine Timezone
- If a zip code is present, it will be used to determine timezone
- If there is no zip code, Regal will default to the area code to determine timezone
The contact's timezone is referenced in delay nodes and determines a contact's quiet hours.
Timezone is stored on contacts as a Regal Voice Property. The source of the timezone, as well as the abbreviated timezone are also listed.
