After opening any individual transcript you will see an AI-generated Conversation Summary at the top of the page. Summaries are available for calls that are at least 30 sec long and have at least 5 transcript moments.
The summary will also be added to the call.transcript.available event so you can export it to any external systems (CRMs, etc.) via reporting webhooks.
Note: This AI feature uses the transcript content, not the audio, and is thus subject to any inaccuracies in the transcript itself. As such, it does not always correctly state names or distinguish between agent vs contact.
